Sea Pairing Menu with Perrier-Joüet

This exclusive dinner experience paired with Perrier-Joüet champagne is not only for a few special days. It will be available every summer night this year. Simply book the Sea Pairing Menu on our website and sit down at your table while we bring the champagne and food and let the island do the rest. Our menu has been designed for 2 to 6 people per table. It is made up of 5 dishes that have been carefully chosen to pair smoothly with a bottle of the French champagne, Perrier-Joüet Brand Brüt: an amuse-bouche, two starters, main course (to choose) and desert. Price: €150 per person.
