Restaura't is back in Hostal La Torre
The Restaura’t food event is back in Sant Antoni de Portmany. This is its 9th autumn and it will be running from 2nd November until 10th December. A total 17 restaurants take part in this full-flavoured event where they prepare special menus focusing on ingredients related to Ibiza.

OUR Restaura't 2017 MENU
Once again, the Hostal La Torre kitchens have joined this food event and have designed an exquisite menu that is bound to surprise you. What about Roast tomato soup with white garlic foam and onion sprouts for starters? Or are you more of a haricot bean, lentil and chickpea person? Then we suggest our Pulse salad with baby potatoes, poached egg dressed with lime and chive mayonnaise. Yummy....

And to make your mouth water even more, because we know we’ve whet your appetite with our chef’s starters, why don’t you start thinking about the main course? If you love fish, we have Hake poached in olive oil with Provenzal straw potatoes on black garlic aioli. If meat is your thing, we have Chicken drumsticks cooked in garlic on creamy smoked potato mash.
To finish off our Restaura't 2017 menu, you’ll be spoilt for choice: you can choose between a refreshing Sorbet made with seasonal fruit or an exotic Pistachio and cardamom cake served with extra virgin olive oil ice-cream. Can’t make up your mind? Persuade everyone else on your table to order both deserts and then you can all try them. Or you can come back: the Hostal La Torre menu is available at midday every day and in the evenings from Monday to Thursday.
