Restaura't 2018: Enter your way through the autumn from one menu to the next

The village of Sant Antoni de Portmany is hosting the theth Restaura’t this year. This food event will take place from 22nd October until 9th December. 21 restaurants will be taking part in this tasty event that brings to the table special menus focusing on ingredients related to Ibiza. This autumn, the spotlight will be on the pumpkin, so this vegetable will feature, to a greater or lesser extent, in all the proposals made by the restaurants taking part in the tenth event of this food occasion.

Once again, Hostal La Torre will be taking part in the Restaura’t 2018 food event with a delicious menu. Our chef Andrés has prepared a mouth-watering menu for both lunchtime and the evening: Pumpkin soup with coconut milk and mustard seeds; red fish and pumpkin curry and, for dessert, sweet pumpkin in puff pastry. The Restaura’t menu at Hostal La Torre -and at all other restaurants too- has a set price of €18 (drinks not included).

Un scrumptious Restaura’t 2018 menu by the sea

We still want to eat by the sea, right? That is why the Cala Gracioneta beach bar has also prepared a tempting Restaura’t menu for lunchtime. It includes dishes such as Root vegetable soup, Iberian pork ribs with chimichurri sauce and grilled sweet potato, or Grilled Gracioneta squid with rustic pure. Restaura’t 2018 AT Villa Mercedes, Palapa y Bondi

Don’t forget to try the menus at Bondi, Palapa and, of course, Villa Mercedes, during these seven weeks. Their enticing suggestions include Pumpkin soup with coconut milk, a touch of cinnamon and Ibiza’s fresh yogurt, and Roasted pork cheeks in their juice and served with potato and cabbage trinxat . Other restaurants taking part in the 10th Restaura’t event are Can Mussonet, in Sant Rafel; Es Rebost de Can Prats, El bistró de Stephan and The Curry Club.
