Restaura’t 2019: our most delicious menu for autumn
Once the summer season is over, it’s time to enjoy the peace and quiet of our island and its pleasures at the table. So once again, Hostal La Torre will be joining the yearly food event called Restaura’t: a tempting event that will take place from 21st October until 8th December this year and for which we have prepared scrumptious proposals. You have no excuse to miss it. We look forward to seeing you!
Restaura’t 2019: a tribute to lamb
Year after year, the food event Restaura’t brings together a selection of restaurants in the town of Sant Antoni de Portmany where you can enjoy special menus inspired by the island’s pantry. At a set price of €19 (drinks not included), the menus of the 9th Restaura’t are placing the limelight on lamb, one of the traditional ingredients of Ibiza’s cuisine which was always present at feasts and festivities. In fact, the island currently boasts the quality brand Anyell d’Eivissa that certifies meat cuts that come from lambs bred on the island.
