V Gastronomic Spring in Sant Antoni

Sant Antoni de Portmany, is a municipality with a tremendously active population in cultural, sports, gastronomic and leisure activities.

That’s why it has begun the V edition of the “Primavera Gastronomica”!!

A dozen restaurants are involved in Sant Antoni, including our Hostal La Torre, from April 15 to May 29.

Every restaurant participant offers a menu (starter, main course and dessert) elaborated with seasonal products and local products. The prices of the menus will be 15 Euros from Monday until Friday and 18 Euros the weekends and holidays. So no excuses! Enjoy it!

The residents of Sant Antoni and the people of the whole island will visit the restaurants of the municipality.

 

At La Torre, we will have it from Monday to Friday midday:

Starters:

* Ibicencan tomato trio with flakes of cured cow's cheese.

* "La Torre" style fish soup.

Mains:

* Grilled chicken from Ibiza with scalloped potatoes and a sobrassada cream.

* Confit hake fish, sautéed green vegetables and kalamata olive tapenade.

Dessert:

* Island lemon mousse with burnt meringue

* Homemade apple strudel with a mascarpone cream
