New cocktail list: the stars of your next toast
As the icing to a fantastic meal, to end the day watching the sunset or to accompany dinner with a sea view, our choice of 15 refreshing mixes (three of them mocktails) includes delicious surprises for you to unwrap them sip by sip.
A toast to Ibiza’s sunset
If there’s a cocktail that seems made for this place that’s La Torre Sunset cocktail. Grey Goose vodka, raspberry, crème de cassis, lemon juice and Codorniu cava come together in this long, fresh cocktail that’s absolutely perfect to accompany the sunset.
This option has been specially designed to kick off the evening and let the sunset do the rest.

Mexico, Ibiza and a spicy touch
This summer we’re once again loyal to the power and character that one expects of tequila. So we’ve brought back our La Paloma cocktail made with Don Julio Blanco tequila and pink grapefruit soda. This is a long, light cocktail that’s really easy to enjoy by the sea but you can also make at home if you follow our recipe.
If you’re looking for stronger sensations, order Picante con Padrón, made with Patrón Blanco tequila, lemon, lime, jalapeño pepper, fresh pineapple, agave syrup and salt. Served on the rocks, it plays with the stark contrast between the heat of the jalapeño pepper, the sweetness of pineapple and the acidity of citrus fruit. This cocktail is proper chingón!
And if you love margaritas, try our Matcha Margarita which combines Patrón Blanco tequila with Akashi Tai Yuzushu sake, lime juice and our matcha syrup. An unexpected version of one of the big cocktail classics which we also prepare with Patrón Blanco tequila, triple sec High Fidelity, lime juice and lemon juice. You’ll find this one as Margarita La Torre.

Joyfully iced sips
There are cocktails that enter centre stage in the summer. La Torre Spritz is one of them thanks to the fresh fruity combination of Aperol, grapefruit, passion fruit, soda and Codorniu cava. The creamy, tropical and refreshing Colada Nueva cocktail also has its own fan base, served frozen and made with a mix of rums, coconut, mango and lime juice.
And for those who prefer the smoky character of mezcal, we suggest our Baja Beachcomber that mixes Ilegal mezcal, La Torre’s hibiscus syrup and lime juice. Served on the rocks, each sip brings up floral and acid tones.

Flowers, herbs and citrus: the most aromatic cocktails
The list also has room for more delicate and subtle mixes. Like our Malfy Sgroppino, which brings together Malfy Original gin, elderflower syrup, lemon sorbet and Codorniu cava. Served without ice, this is an especially refreshing mix that’s half cocktail, half dessert. Our Daiquiri Buena Luisa is also highly aromatic, made with Bacardi Carta Blanca, lemon verbena syrup, fresh mint and lime juice. A different interpretation of a classic that goes especially well with high temperatures.

A toast with character
Our list has more unique cocktails that will leave a memorable print on your palate. Like Papa Salt Sea Spray prepared with Papa Salt Gin, Dry Martini Bianco vermouth, tonic water, salt water and pickles on a cocktail stick. A long cocktail with an unmistakable salty edge that is perfect to drink with your gaze on the Mediterranean Sea. Or the Carajillo Cocktail that offers an intense proposal thanks to the smooth blend of Grey Goose La Vanille, Liquor 43, Kahlua and espresso coffee. Served without ice, this cocktail is designed to make the meal stretch longer into the night.

The alcohol free tribe
Hostal La Torre’s new cocktail list has kept its section for customers who would rather enjoy this experience without alcohol. For them we have refreshing mocktails that have a slight problem: they’re so delicious you’ll want to gulp them down in one! Like our long mocktail called Hibiscus Agua Fresca, that combines La Torre’s homemade hibiscus syrup with lime, lemon and soda.
We also have our Sgroppino 0.0 made with elderflower syrup, Codorniu 0.0 cava and lemon sorbet. A fresh, elegant alternative for an alcohol free toast. Or our Passionfruit Paloma that mixes pink grapefruit, passion fruit, lime, passion fruit syrup and soda. A long mocktail that’s a fruity and refreshing option to enjoy a very tropical evening.
